I’ve made these cookies so many times that I decided they deserved my last name.
Yes, we are official. And they’re fab, I promise!
Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 cups almond flour
1/4 cup arrowroot
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp grassfed butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
MAKE IT
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and maple syrup on medium heat until it bubbles. Mix with a wooden spoon as it bubbles. Remove from heat.
in a large bowl, add all dry ingredients. Mix.
Add in wet ingredients, including butter maple mixture and mix again.
Add in chocolate chips.
Form into cookie shapes whatever size you want and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 9 minutes. Enjoy :)
